5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.

• We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or used items.

• Bikinis and intimate wear are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• For refund processing, a full unedited video recording is required starting from the sealed package opening through final product inspection. The video must be continuous with no cuts or interruptions, as this will be used for verification in accordance with company policy and applicable refund regulations.

6. No Exchange Policy

• We do not offer product exchanges. Only defective items are eligible for replacement.
