Return and Refund

Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at shop@naare.co.in with clear photos or videos of the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for return eligibility.

  • Once the return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available for a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment methodused at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size or color selection by the customer

    • Used or worn products

  • Sale items, bikinis, and intimate wear are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped.
